Hardy Frames, Inc announces the issue of ICC Evaluation Service Report ESR-3105 for the Z4 Continuity Tie (CT) and Tension Tie Connectors (T2).

Evaluation Scope for compliance with the 2009 and 2006 IBC and IRC Codes Continuity Ties (CT):

  • Resist tension and compression forces
  • Ideal for resisting lateral loads at beam to tilt-up wall panels

Tension Tie Connectors (T2):

  • Allows for a concentric hold down connection

Both products provide the highest allowable loads in the industry.
