Single Use Templates

Single use Hardy Frame® Templates (HFT) are fabricated from 20 gage galvanized steel, and provide a means of proper spacing and alignment of embed bolts. At exterior walls, HFT Templates are attached by nailing through a tab into the top edge of the perimeter form board. For 2x6 or deeper walls, the HFT Template will automatically align the Panel or Brace Frame to the exterior face of the wall, unless the Template attachment is modified. At interior walls, the HFT Template can be located by using stakes.
