Several technical documents may be downloaded in pdf format. Intended for specifiers, distributors, installers, or anyone interested in learning about our products, the Hardy Frame® Product Catalog provides detailed information on allowable values, available sizes, and includes a complete array of installation details.
For code approvals, allowable values and approved installation details refer to the ICC-Evaluation Service “Legacy Report” (PFC-5342 dated June 1, 2003). The LADBS Research Report (RR 25391, CSI #06050) provides specific guidelines for allowable installations in the jurisdiction of L.A. City. This Research Report was posted on the LADBS website the week of August 16, 2004.
For AutoCAD users, the Hardy Frame® Typical Installation Details, pages H1, H2, and H3 provide details organized in a format that may be submitted with plans as supplemental pages. Page H1 is devoted to Hardy Frame® Panels, H2 is devoted to Hardy Frame® Brace Frames, and H3 consists of “common details” such as embed bolt specifications, section views and installation instructions.
